This looks like "game over" for both Sakura and Shaoran. I'm not exactly sure on what the "seal of death" thing is, but it's probably the reason why Shaoran wants to regain "the Sakura of that day".

I want to see how Clow fits into this. Is it actually Clow Reed himself, able to go to Clow Country because of the time-space continuum collapsing? Was it his last act before dying (and sealing Yue and Keroberos into the book)?

Actually I like kumikoluvshin's idea of it being Tsubasa. I think that would fit quite nicely, you know when sometimes you learn their real name and it doesn't seem to work quite as well? But I could accept Sakura as Tsubasa.
Another thought: Sakura has always used the wing motif, it makes sense one of her children would be named Tsubasa. What if it's Syaoran-jr's real name? I can see that happening too.

Finally making sense of the title.
Tsubasa [Syaoran-jr and/or Clow-sakura] reservoir [the holy grounds in clow] chronicle.
What if they're both called Tsubasa?
